Shaykh Muhammad ibn Hādī Al-Madkhalī: The Sa'āfiqah have even corrupted some of the elderly

Al-Allāmah Muhammad ibn Hādī Al-Madkhalī حفظه الله said:
As for those Sa'āfiqah for indeed whoever listen's to their speech or flings himself amongst them, they destroy him even if he was old in his age, we seek refuge with Allāh from that, so you find some of their effects apparent even in some of the elderly, from those who they have corrupted -we seek refuge with Allāh from that- so the companion has an effect just as the Prophet said :" The man is upon the religion of his friend, so look to whom you befriend" I advise you O brothers to stay far away from those Sa'āfiqah and take all caution from sitting with them, calling them, and listening to them, because they have become large in number in these times, may Allāh not increase them, they have become large in number in these times, may Allāh not increase them...
